A dynamic flow sequence, based on the foundations of Vinyasa Yoga. Promotes muscle strength and flexibility, offering an energetic full-body workout. Appropriate for all levels.
Stretching
Simple, effective stretches that can be integrated into your daily routine and help you unlock your body’s natural flexibility. Increases the flexibility of muscles and joints, alleviates stiffness, and reduces fatigue and stress. Ideal for beginners, but beneficial for everyone.
Mat Pilates
Centered around repetitive sequences that focus primarily on strengthening the core, Pilates improves muscle endurance, flexibility, and dynamic balance. Appropriate for all levels.
