Slow Yoga Flow

A slow paced flow based on easy yoga poses. Increases mobility, flexibility and concentration. Promotes relaxation as well as tissue, joint and fascia health. Ideal for beginners, but beneficial for everyone.

Yog...ilates

No need to decide if you want to practice Yoga or Pilates. Yogilates! A dynamic flow sequence, combining Yoga and Pilates, giving you the benefits of both. Promotes muscle strength and flexibility, offering an energetic full-body workout. Appropriate for all levels.

Stretching

Simple, effective stretches that can be integrated into your daily routine and help you unlock your body’s natural flexibility. Increases the flexibility of muscles and joints, alleviates stiffness, and reduces fatigue and stress. Ideal for beginners, but beneficial for everyone.

Mat Pilates 

Centered around repetitive sequences that focus primarily on strengthening the core, Pilates improves muscle endurance, flexibility, and dynamic balance. Appropriate for all levels.

Gentle & Grounding Yoga

A grounding practice for a moment to slow down and settle calmly into the body. Intentionally connect with your breath in a gentle and restorative yin style, reaching deeper into the fascia to release tension. Followed by guided meditation to further connect you with your breath, body and the present moment.

Pre-registration required!

We adjust our class schedule based on how many students are registered, so if you plan to attend, please sign up online 2 hours prior to class start time at the latest!
